Custom Honda CX500 Wheels

Chris wanted to build a very special Honda CX500 Cafe Racer. Not only did he want to ditch the original comstar wheels for 17 inch spoked wheels but he also wanted to use a GSXR front Fork and convert the rear brake to disk instead of drum.

We were able to provide him with a custom made set of wheels. This involved designing brand new hubs using our CAD system which were then machined for us by Fastec Racing Ltd. The hubs were then laced using stainless steel spokes with gold anodised nipples and looked stunning. The rear brake now operates via a Brembo calliper.
