Custom CNC Hubs

Many cafe racer projects use forks from modern sports bikes for a great custom look and to improve braking and suspension.

However a cafe racer always looks authentic with spoked wheels and that is where we can help with custom made hubs. We have been developing a range of replacement hubs to replace original cast wheels with spoked wheels.

Unique design

There are several challenges to the design of the hubs as modern bikes have restricted clearance between the brake callipers and utilise large diameter hollow axles.

Using 3D CAD

Our hubs are designed using 3D CAD to work with the original brake disks and spacers. The hubs are then CNC machined from heat treated high strength aluminium billet to exact tolerances.

Custom build

Supplied as bare hubs or built up into complete wheels they offer a direct replacement for the original cast wheels.

Rear wheel hub design

For machines where a spoked rear wheel is not available we can also design rear hubs complete with cush drive to accept original sprockets and brake disk.
